For Stillwater I would remove Eskimo Joe's (famous for t-shirts. food itself is mediocre) and add Bad Brad's (best BBQ in the state), Kyoto, and El Vaquero. Thai Cafe was great but sadly is gone.
Your PC list is dead-on, but with a very glaring omission: Enrique's.

Mediterranean Deli near May and Northwest Highway, OKC, for authentic Lebanese and Greek food.
Pearls near NW 63 and Western for seafood and Cajun.
Cattlemen's in Stockyards City for good steak.
The Wild Fork in Utica Square Tulsa for upscale dining.

In Wagoner they have a new restaurant that is supposed to be wonderful but expensive: Canebreaker or Canebreak. In Tahlequah I can recomment:
Vidala's: I only had the salad, and it was wonderful as are their desserts.
Kelly's Tea Room: Great asparagus quich.
Sam and Ella's: Great pizza and cheese/artichoke wrap, which is just a dough wrap.

Jessaca, would you tell me where I might find those 3 restuarants in Tahlequah? I don't remember seeing them and they aren't in the phone book so they must be fairly new?

Hi, As you may know from my posts today I have been out having fun over the holiday.
Vidala's and Sam and Ella's are on Muskogee about one or two blocks before the campus.
Kelly's Tea Room is right across the street from the library. The library is on College, which is a block up from Muskogee. I guess that would be West. It seems there are two College Avenues or Streets right there, but one looks like it goes through the alley. When you come into town from the north and turn right on Downing Street, cross Muskogee Avenue, which will take you along side of Workman's Clothing Store. Then turn left on College, go a few blocks. You will see the library on the right along with City Hall--all in the same block. Go to the next street and on the right is Kelly's Tea Room.

Sam and Ella's has the best pizza in town, but the sauce was too strong of a tomato flavor. Next time I will tell them to not use as much on our pizza. Their arti wrap is wonderful. It is like having arttchoke dip with more cheese in it wrapped up in pizza dough with this wonderful garlic salt on it.
You will get a kick out of how the town's people pronounce Sam and Ella's, like the poison. It was intended. Their other restaurant is Ernie Coli's, and we call it E. Coli's. If I remember correctly the parents gave their children all names starting with E. and their last name is Coli. I have yet to eat at E. Coli's. They make chili, but I don't know what else is on the menu.
I loved Kelly's asparagus quiche.
At Vidala's I had a vegetarian salad that was wonderful. Plus they have a lot of desserts that were shipped in; some they made.
