I love Braum's burgers. I wish they had them in Texas.

I don't know if it's still open or not, but Kendall's (sp?) in Noble had an awesome chicken fried steak. It was huge and with lots of breading.

Thats crazy...what part of Texas are you in, there's a Braum's in Amarillo! You are deprived...that jalapeno pepper jack burger is ridiculously good.

Clanton's Cafe in Vinita has the best chicken fried steak hands down...

As the saying goes, chicken fried steak may have been invented in Texas but it was perfected in Oklahoma...lol.

Best I have had in OK was at Lucille's in Mulhall. Some place in a little town between Purcell and Paul's Valley also had a good one, Pioneer Pies in OKC has a good one as well.

Lucille's is pretty good. It's a fun place. Let's see, between Purcell and PV had to either be Maysville, Wayne or Paoli. I bet it was Sonny's Circle H Cafe in Wayne. My mom just lives a few miles from there and they do have a good CFS.

Yep, that's the Circle H in Wayne. I think that's a neat-looking building.

I was visiting in the Dallas -Ft Worth area last weekend and we saw Braum's all over the place. You might go to their website and find a location near you.

-in Tulsa where I live, a Braum's is located about a block away! Not bragging, just stating the fact...LOL

Default just wanted to correct you

The restaurant in Oklahoma City is NOT called "Universe's Best" it is called the Chuck House. I have to say is the best on their good days, and a good stand by is a little hole in the wall called the Onion Barrel on SW 44th and High.
