Well, I am part of the McAlester community even though I live almost 20 miles out. I have a well so water is minimum but I do pay 17.00 a month because there is a meter on my property and meters cost about 500 to get. Electric runs high in the summer because you have to have air daily. Garbage pick up for me out in rural McAlester is 80 dollars every 3 months and they come once a week.
It is probably different inside the city. Are you intending on living rural or in city limits? I could ask some friends of prices inside city limits for you.
