Yes, I vote for the "knickers in a twist..."

polistra is on a distinguished road
Thought of a couple more hidden pleasures in Enid.

1. The waterworks park, 5 blocks west of Van Buren on the north side of Chestnut. A peaceful
little pond surrounded by trees. It's not actually listed as a park, but it is one.

2. Weldon Park. Drive west 9 blocks from Van Buren and Garriott, turn left on Johnson
then left on Live Oaks. This was originally a private bird refuge, still an unexpected
piece of wilderness in the middle of town.

Any pre-Around the World trip reports? We are awaiting even a pre-trip report from the best Chicken Fried Steak place....(toe tapping), onion burger? Crappy buffet? Student Union food at OU or OSU?
Sorry, darlin. Just meant for you to hold them until I got my idea out.

There are no early reports because I'm savin it all up for 2010. That sounds kinda weird, though. Like I'm not going to do anything cool this year so that I can do it next year. LOL

I can't remember if anyone mentioned the noodling tourney in Pauls Valley in July but it's a cool one if someone doesn't want to wait til next year to live life.
