I have been waiting for fall since July 1st. I hate summers here.

Temps are finally going back to where they should be this time of year. The past couple of days we had 90 degree weather and I was having flash backs to the Summer.

The temps are perfect for moving - - - if only I had a place to move to. Sunday will be a bust I'm sure. Me thinks a storage facility is the next step and hire someone to unload the "pieces" that might be left after OKC I-40. Then move a load at a time into a place, eventually. At $100 a day for the truck after Wednesday, storage will be a pain but much less expensive.

This is what I remember. If you don't like the weather, etc., etc., etc.... At least I've not seen rain in the forecast yet. Fingers crossed.

Sunday is freeaking cold! It's all of a sudden around 50 here, and since everything was wide open all night as usual, the house is cold, too. I miss my summer... Not that I'll miss mowing my yard every day, but still, a gradual decline would have been nice.

I could say something, but it would probably be bleeped and I'd be banned.

I'm not the only one the coming winter is affecting, for the past couple days I've been finding signs of mice for the first time in nearly 2 years. Got little bait trays hidden everywhere the dogs can't get to them.

Sigh....... rodents are like the bugs, they'd be okay if they just stayed outside.
