Good thing!! My boy cat is SEVERELY anti-canine. He had a few random strays attack him when he was little so now HE is the aggressor if they come in his yard. He's already done serious harm to a couple.

They did it again. I got the last hole in the fence patched last night, and turned all the dogs loose to run around. Runrunrun, playplayplay. Until this morning - I let them out to run, called them back in to eat, left the door open so they could come and go [it's nice and cool, finally, no more a/c until next time] and they magically found a way out! No holes to slilde through, no holes under, nothing. But the two escapees came back happy and panting within half an hour. The little one was covered in feces - absolutely NO idea where he found any, this is inside the city limits - and the bigger one, long hair naturally, is so covered with chickweed I'm seriously thinking about clipping her instead of trying to brush it out.

We bury stray dogs in ca-ca around these parts!
Then we find the ones with long hair and roll them in stickers and dude weed or chick weed, depending on the owner.
You have been warned.
