Default Need restaurant in wilburton

Hi. I live in Wilburton and work for the chamber of commerce. We have about 3,000 residents and 2,000 college students. We are willing to provide land and incentives to anyone who would operate one. We have about 7,000 vehicles per day travel main street but we only have two sit down restaurants. A Pizza Hut, which is near the top in sales in the south and a Mexican place that stays packed.

We would like to have a steakhouse (huge oilfield traffic in this town and lots of cattlemen.) or an italian restaurant (All of the italian restuarants in McAlester have a tremendous amount of customers come from Wilburton.)

Please drop me a line if you are interested in operating one or investing and finding a manager.

I agree with you. Wilburton really does need a nice restaurant.. I would love to operate one. I know alot about operating one an I know how to make cutomers come back. I would like to find someone that wants to put one in an I would be willing to help operate it. It would go over big time..

What an interesting proposition. I love the Wilburton area and if I had the investment capital, I'd come out and take a look. I will ask around, however. Good luck.

I know some people that might be interested, but they live in the city and probably would want to stay. Will ask anyway. Cheers
