Geez! It seems like everyday I check out the radar that almost all of Oklahoma is getting drenched at some time or another (except for the far western part.

We've been getting a lot of rain down here as well, but nothing like Oklahoma. Is there much flooding or anything?

I hadn't noticed all that much rain here, but I did notice pairs of animals walking down the road towards Stillwater............

the rain is good! coming from an area where it rained at LEAST twice to three times a week, spring here was a welcome thing for me, after a winter of nearly no precipitation.

the lack of direct sunlight alone has been WONDERFUL.

We had a Summer down here (I believe it was 92) where it rained for 28 days straight. I have noticed you guys have been getting swamped lately.

Yes, we have been getting a steady dose of it too on this side of the IT line. The strange part is on the radio they said that 70% far western OK's wheat will be poor to very poor due to drought and a late freeze.

We haven't even roto-tilled our garden yet. Looks like another late year for our garden. Which means watermelons!

OMG, I'm so sick of rain. I feel like I'm back in NJ again! I have tickets for an outdoor concert on the 16th, and Anna is having a luau on the 22nd. Everything is soooo soggy. I don't think it will ever dry up in time for these events.

There's flooding all over the place. Mustang High School's campus is pretty much underwater. Anna comes home every day with soaking wet feet. I checked the weather website and it shows rain most of the next 10 days!

I hope my landlord doesn't drive by. The lawn's gonna be chest-high by the time it's dry enough to mow!

My lawn was cut a few weeks ago. Its starting to resemble a virgin meadow again already. The low side of the yard is a bog. Ugh. Coming from somewhere that its was a really big thing to have rain, I'm offically sick sick sick of rain already.

How do you cut a lawn where the wheels on the mower will sink into the ground?
