Wow,glad I did not book my tickets yet. I always have to fly out of Manchester NH with a stop or two, Cheapest tickets were around 350. Think I will also look into DFW. Coming to OK around the 9th of July. So looking forward to it!!!

Thanks! And yes definitely look into DFW! If you book early you may be able to get them for even less than I did, but I'm not sure how long the special was going on. I booked everything on priceline, if you want to check.

My son will be visiting from California this summer and possibly a friend from Arizona. Are there direct flights from the west coast? Unless I met him there and we took the train I have no way of getting my son here from Dallas Ft Worth.

There may be... but I don't know what airports your son would be using. You can check any of the travel sites. It took me quite a while to find the lowest prices on the most direct flights, but it was worth all the searching!

I'll be in Dallas in 18 hours and OK in about 21 hours (if all goes as planned...) Doubtful I'm getting much sleep tonight.

I'd say it reminds me of the commercial for Disney vacations where even the Dad says he can't sleep, he's too excited, except my Dad AND my 10 yr old sister are already asleep!!! I thought for sure she'd be too excited. Guess she takes after my Dad when it comes to these things. Even if I fall asleep, as soon as I wake up, no matter how early, I'll probably be wide awake and start getting ready...

Anyway... here I come!

Just heard from BornToFly. She and her family have arrived in Dallas and she's on her way to OK.
