Would someone who feels a very deep heart, felt hatred against liberal politics please tell me why it is so highly wrong and destructive? Have you ever tried looking up in the dictionary what the meaning of liberal is. And then look up the meaning of conservative? After doing that I know without a doubt, whatsoever, that I much, much rather be a liberal in this modern day and age. Sally Kern does a good job showing why.

Because everything has to be someone's fault, and if it ain't THEIR fault, it must be OUR fault. Surely, you don't think people will stand up and say it is ALL our fault, do you!!

Better yet, like the drunks say, forget about who's fault it is that the truck is in the ditch, let's just get it out of the ditch!

There is nothing wrong and destructive about liberal OR conservative politics. WE are highly wrong and destructive. We've taken a perfectly balanced two-party political system and abused it to promote our personal agendas at the expense of democracy. We've gotten so far off course with the philisophy of both parties that America has plunged into political segregation without even realizing it happened.

Sally Kern doesn't represent conservative politics. Sally Kern represents Sally Kern's personal agenda, using "conservative values" as a pawn to justify the means. Much in the same way that other politicians and special interest groups use "liberal values" to further their personal agendas.

But what no one realizes is that conservative and liberal "values" don't really exist. Those are personal values that have over the course of time been attached to the wet gumballs that are the Democratic and Republican parties. Politicians and special interest groups need to be reminded that the only duties bestowed upon politicians are protecting our borders and the constitution, and balancing the budget. It is also the government's duty to build commerce, but not control the flow of commerce. Religious and secular special interest groups have both been doing a good job of creating criminals out of innocent people. Once interwoven with government policy, people have no choice but to feel their freedom is in danger.

StillwaterTownie, people in Oklahoma are obsessing too much over Sally Kern's puppet stunts. People here in Texas, and in New Jersey, as well as California, all know that she isn't humiliating Oklahoma, she is only humiliating herself. Every politician that has tried what she is doing ends up going nowhere in politics.

Personal agendas that were pushed through Congress always failed, from alcohol and gambling prohibition to the Jim Crow laws. All were failures in their attempts to hold the populace at bay.

But ultimately, at the end of the day we need to forget all of the political jargon currently bombarding us and remember we are all Americans and neighbors and should truly appreciate the freedom we have. It may not always be around, and it certainly is not in other countries.
