Hi new here to the forum, but really REALLY could use some help! My husband and I are relocating from Kingfisher to Ada (well Allen really if we can, but rental property is very slim pickin's there) so we can take care of my husbands father. My husband's aunt is on the city council in Allen and there have been, MAYBE, three houses in 6 months she has heard of for rent in Allen and everytime the houses are only for rent for a day or two. So, Ada is our second option.

We have to be out of our present home on July 12th, and we are looking for something in a GOOD neighborhood for less than $600 a month. We have two small children so a good neighborhood is a must and since we live two hours away, we cannot drive down there on a whim to search. So, my problem is that all the houses I have found in the Ada Evening News are pretty much 'site unseen' to us and there are never any pictures of the property. Yet if we don't pay a deposit that day the houses are always leased by the weekend when we can make it down.

If someone could help I would be very greatful. Pictures of any properties would be appreciated as well. Thanks to anyone who can help.
