Default Dining in Ardmore

We are going to be in Ardmore over the 4th. Does anyone have a great restaurant to refer us to? Any of them have "something special" or that has made national attention (ecoli excepted)? I will be "tied up" this afternoon and early evening, the bulk of tomorrow, and about half a day on Sunday, then we are driving home on Sunday afternoon.

I can't recommend a restaurant, but I will be sure and send out a warning to the good citizens of Ardmore that Mr. Goodpasture and Ms. Schousse are going to be in town.

Happy 4th of July to you two!

The one thing you won't have a problem finding in Ardmore is somewhere to eat. That's all the place is made up with. Well that and hotels. But depending on what you like there is a rib joint that has humongous burgers called Budro's. It was okay but nothing to write home about. They did serve really good mixed drinks if you're interested though There is a bar and grill called Two Frogs that people around there always raved about but I've never eaten there myself. Both of these places are on the main road if you exit off of 31-A from I-35. I don't know if it's still there but when I lived there a few years ago there was a burger place At 12th and Washington (i think) where you just walk up to the window to order and they had really good burgers and fries. But that's been about 6 years ago so not sure if it's even still there. I hope you enjoy your weekend!
