Well, in what part of the state will you most likely be staying? We're a pretty big state so there're lots of things from the panhandle all the way down to the southeastern corner.

Guthrie which is close to OKC would be a great stop. Lots of neat shops and architecture. I believe its the largest historic town in the U.S.

























Many bed and breakfasts in town.




You will also be close to Frontier City and the OKC Zoo/Science Museum Oklahoma.

Great when I come to Ok I now have to worry about Bigfoot? Snakes and Bigfoot,maybe I'm changing my mind. Guthrie is a nice looking town,will have to check that out.

Since it's December, it may limit you to indoor things, of course if it snows then you could play in the snow.

This place has lots of hands on science demos and such specifically for kids. It's also nearby the zoo, and other museums, but I don't know about the zoo in December.
