Does parts of OK. have hundreds of acre with rows of pine trees owned by the " State Forestry"?
Simular to the 1st pic, RB.

Dunno, but we saw lots of forestry trucks hauling pine. Check out that ride. They had a car show too. Very cool.

Went to Talihina and Wilburton in Sept/Oct and absolutely loved these two towns. Walked around Wilburton so long the cops were starting to look at me funny. I think I found the towns were I need to be. Felt like that is where I need to be. Loved the area and the people. Felt it was my home away from home.My house in Maine goes on the market this spring. When I checked out Wilburton and Talihina I thought wow but everywhere here in Maine for scenery is a wow. Just can't take the long dark winters as some of you already know. Can't wait to make the move!!! Looking forward to better weather,no roof shoveling and horse stuff everyday.

I believe I ran across that pasture 10 or 12 years ago a few miles east of either Perry or Stillwater.

Maybe if we play nice, our Okie Pictures thread will be a sticky again.
The state sign coming in to OK from MO on I-44 (with a little Gimp added by me.)
