you're starting to confuse me though, cos Dutch really is our language. That is the name of it, Nederlands.
just like English gets spoken all over the world but everybody has their individual accents and dialects. it all still is English.

There is no other name for our language, it's Dutch/Nederlands. The only thing we can do to be more individual is name it the dialect of the region we're from.
