Default best 'nature' place, and 'winery'

2 things I want to do this weekend:

1. spend a day looking at nature, and 2. experience wine tasting for the first time.

for 'nature,' hiking, etc etc, what is the best place? This will be for 2 adults, and we do not plan to do any overnight camping. Just walking around looking at nature, etc etc. I've heard of turner falls. Is that okay? Enough to keep me occupied for a big part of the day? Is it 'pretty?'

For wine, I want to go to a vineyward or winery. First of all, I dont know how all this wine tasting business works. Do you go there and just get to sample various wines? Is it enough to keep someone occupied for half to most of the day?

for wine tasting, I want to know a few things: 1)what is the process of this whole wine tasting event? i.e, how does it work. 2)Are there anything to see? 3)are there any interactions? Or do you just drink and go home?

If you can't find enough to do at Turner Falls (or the park is too busy) Take a look at the Arbuckle Wilderness Park
Oklahoma's Premier Exotic Animal Theme Park and Chickasaw National Recreation Area Sulphur Oklahoma (OK) - Chickasaw National Recreation Area

All are within a few miles of each other and there is plenty of "Nature" to be found. We took a Wilderness walk at Sulphur a few years ago and it was a blast.
