Default Your opinion on Muskogee?

My parents plan on moving to Muskogee in a few years. I have been there, but only once as a small girl. I dont remember much. What do you think about it?

It's better than many other Oklahoma towns without being too small. After all, it has an enclosed shopping mall downtown with a Dillard's, even. The town is kinda hilly and famous for having an azalea festival at Honor Heights Park. I don't think your parents can go wrong here. And Tulsa isn't too far away for advanced medical care, if needed.

If you are still going to be in school when your parents move to Muskogee, seriously get them to look at living in the Hillsboro School District or go across the river to Ft. Gibson.

I would suggest even finding a house in Ft. Gibson. I find Muskogee to be very run down.
