That's true, although my favorite uncle was full blood NDN. One of these days I have to research what tribe. It won't be easy because I have no records (he was married to my godmother, and she's gone, too.)
BTW, if I wanted to do that, how would I start?

Do a search of the web. Good info out there. There used to be groups out there that helped others find their ancestors. I've been out of the loop for so long, I would simply do a search.
