Looking for rental property in Altus Oklahoma quick! preferable not apt.
My two sons and their cousin are beginning college next week at Western State in Altus. We have looked extensively at rental properties, but they are managed by the realty companies and most aren't very clean at all and old and broken down. Not much luck and finding those worth living in available...just rented, pending apps, etc. We found one property from an individual that will be ready in a month or more. Anyone know of individuals that have properties in the area? Statistics I could find indicate there are many rental properties, but evidently they are all taken from the military families and students in the area>>>>any help would be appreciated..they are great kids!!
