What does everyone think about OWH and their recent reversal? Initially they turned down a request to publish a gay marriage announcement for Kristin Wilke and Jessica Kitzman. But after a barrage of media they changed their minds and now are publishing same-sex announcements in certain cases.

Thoughts?

Does anyone still read printed newspapers anymore? :P I don't have issues with same-sex marriages period, so I obviously don't have a problem with them announcing them either.

If someone is paying for the announcement. Why not? From a business perspective gay people money is just as good as straight people money. It makes business sense to take money when people want to give it to you.

Exactly. Nebraska should allow gay marriage to make Nebraska more competetive and attractive for business. Why discriminate when you can make money?
