rent.com, the local paper - omaha.com, and other real estate websites usually will list houses or apartments for rent. If you just want an apartment, your best bet is rent.com or apartments.com

I have never rented from Landmark, but stay away from PJ Morgan real estate.

Believe it or not, I found our rental on craigslist- did everything from California, and the key was under the mat when we got here- however, I don't think I would suggest that to anyone, not really- I look back at it now and think to myself that I was pretty lucky- a lot of scammers out there!

Craigslist is good if you can spot the scammers though, but it is hard. Its easier if they list a real estate website to go to along with the ad. I had found my house through craigslist, but it was an actual rental with a real estate agent.
