The article isn't talking about running new track. It's talking about using existing lines and used trains.

Except, that right now it takes an hour and a half to get from Oakview to Westroads and the same amount of time to get back...

(Although, if you are daring enough to transfer buses on the street and not at a Transit center, you can take the 15 to 90th and center and hop on the 5 to Westroads in about 40 minutes. I'm hardly confident enough to do that with the way the buses always seem to run eons early.) Okay, anyway, the 12, from Oakview to Westroads would be about 25 minutes. Westroads is a bug hub, so you can transfer to whatever route you need.

Along the way, it would serve the trendwood neighborhood, Regency, One Pacific Place, and all the businesses at 120th and Pacific. I think if it weren't for other buses to transfer to, though, itwouldn't have hardly any riders.

Such is the case for Route 1, but they still run it and enough people still use it.

I think the 12 would be successful. Heres that route by the way. Since I made this map though, I have dropped the dream of it going all the way out to Village Pointe, so disregard that.

plus the 5 dont run or connect with the 15 or 55 on saturday at 84th and center.

having the 12 go out to oakview would be nice cause for me to go to oakview on saturdays, I have to walk a half mile to get the 3 than take the 15 at near UNMC

I live near the 4 route, I could easily take it on a sat. than take the 12 out to oakview
