1. Little to no giggling among anchors.
2. Ability to develop talent.
3. FirstNews morning program.
4. Rob McCartney
5. They don't ask viewers to buy weather forecasts from them.
6. Melissa Fry
7. Nicole Behrlie
8. Sports guys can pronounce names of players.
9. They don't call their webpage a "channel."

the more people draw attention at how laughable the local media is the better
there was a obit the other day btw in the omaha world herald morning paper:
said the person was born in 2946, died in 2010 (the obit was corrected in later editions)
now, you would think that is a one time mistake, but a few months back, one person's obit said they were born in 2010 and died in 1947

I have to completely disagree. Channel 7 makes me want to punch myself in the balls. Between Rob and Brandy Peterson, they have more awkwardness than a rape victim facing her assailant. To boot, Brandy's mouth moves like a ventriloquist doll. Need I mention Bill Randby's "Paint it red...Baybeeee".... Vomit in mouth... Words cannot adequately describe how much I dislike channel 7. Horrible, horrible, horrible.

. 6 and 7 anchors don't know how to run with a joke. They are stail and seem like they a stick up their backside. Sometimes I think they afraid to be human or funny.
7 puts on these kid reporters, sometimes I think I am watching the KIDS news
for a high School.

if we add the omaha world herald in the mix of bad media people, they have some owh reporters who make tv reporters on 3 and 6 and 7 look good.
