Ya, won't argue with that.

But it just amazes me how some proclaim that a 2 am closing time will lead to the crumbling of our morality. The majority of states have a 2 am or later closing time.

And I don't think it leads to more incidents. It just shifts those incidents to a later time. My experience has shown that people just tend to go out a bit later when they have a later closing time. And instead of then going to "after hours" parties they just go home.

Hell, and this is coming from someone who now goes to the bar about once a year.

Yea, that's kind of what I was saying. It doesn't matter if bars are open until 3am - they're going to get in an accident anyway, just at a later time. The real problem is driving to the bar in the first place.
