That's unfortunate but I'm not surprised. I mean, for as big as Omaha is, and the kind of ****ty transportation they currently have.. hey if it's still making them money, what do they care?

Meanwhile I either have to catch a bus 20 minutes early or cross my fingers that the bus, whose schedule says SHOULD get there before my connecting bus (and rarely does), is actually on time and the other connecting bus driver isn't an ass. There are so many variables when it comes to taking MAT and it's so completely unreliable, it's almost laughable.

I pretty much consider myself lucky that there's a bus that even goes out to where I work (108th and farnam) since the west bound buses are essentially non-existent.

i know sakuda

the bus drivers goofing off at some transit centers is why some buses are late sometime to other places

benson park transit center is good example of that goofing off behavior by some drivers

better bus service (like a non express bus route that goes between oakview mall and westroads mall

(or westroads mall and the legacy shoppes at 168th and center area)

and more greener buses and maybe wifi system on the buses would help better the bus system in omaha
We will have to wait and see in may
