That arcade was called Jolly Time in the 90s. My uncle worked there around 1991-1992. I played a ton of free MK when it came out.

So did it later become an Alladin's Castle or were we mistaken previously?

Space City anyone? Just east of 50th & Leavenworth - I think they may have had one of the first Dragons Lair machines in town. Also, Gizmos downtown, the WC Franks on 50th and Center.

Someone already mentioned the arcade in Sky Lanes at the Center Mall - started off as a few games on the east wall of the alley, then they made an actual room with lots more games (Paper Boy, Gorf (hate!), Track & Field, Tempest, Defender, Tron, Gauntlet, Pole Position, Star Wars, Monaco GP, Galaga, Asteroids, Spy Hunter, QBert). We used to lock our bikes to the white fence that surrounded the mall, spend a few bucks at the arcade and hopefully have a couple bucks left to buy a burger and/or fries at Jim's Gyros on the first floor. If we didn't have enough for that, we might be able to spring for popcorn at Vic's. Sweet tooth would lead us to the candy counter at Younker's or that one place that had sausage and cheese baskets - name escapes me, but they used to have baskets of candy that you could choose from. Loved that mall.
