Mistake #1 = Thinking that making your profile Private actually makes your profile private.

Employers have the means to mine into your social media accounts no matter what steps you take to keep them private.

Some obviously don't bother, but more and more an employer that is making a substantial commitment in time and money in a new hire will want to go through some kind of vetting process. The curse of social media is that it is now a piece of cake.

As I mentioned, going through and deleting material will not make you imune to an aggressive search, but by deleting you at least have a chance.

Interview went well IMHO. I have yet to find out their decision though.

No snow but the temp was -7 degrees as I walked down Farnam Street. Very few people out on the streets. Shocking, just shocking! LOL

Going to be between 45-60 for the at least a while now. Tis the Omaha winter climate, a contrasting one.

Not to discount the coming week's forecast, but I think it's been surprisingly consistent for at least the past month or two. Low of -5 in the morning, high of 15-20 in the afternoon.
