Well, obviously it's not a poor white area anymore. Now it's probably a poor black/Hispanic area. A smorgasbord for gangs?

I think that is where the Open Door Mission and correctional facility are located now.

I don't know exactly. This one I am talking about isn't terribly high security. This one has work release programs and things like that to help pay for the inmates stay as well as getting to keep 5% of what they earn for when they are released. I don't think anyone that has committed a violent crime stays there, but I could be wrong it has been a few years since I toured it.
