Default Omaha

My brother might be considering moving to Omaha for business and I've been trying to help him, but alot of people have been telling me and him that Omaha is a real dump and is very ugly is this true? And how are the people are they friendly? And how is the city transportation? From what I hear its TERRIBLE. I hope this si not true because my brother is really considering to move to Omaha.
