Default Accurate Communications - worst employer, by far.

This place is a call center (after hours help, inbound orders, etc.) located on 22nd and Harney. It is the absolute worst place I have EVER worked, and I've worked some sh*t jobs before. I've never seen such unprofessional management, never seen such an "us vs. them" atmosphere, never been forced to work 6 days a week for months at a time ever in my life. They hire groups of people once or twice a month... out of those 10 people, 1 or 2 stay a month. Horribly understaffed, people constantly coming and going, the training is laughable (going live with new accounts after a 5-minute rundown), and the "call center manager/HR person" is the most venomous, unapproachable, snide woman I have ever come across.

Interesting. I work at Accurate currently. I can't tell from your post if you are a current or former employee but I would suggest if it's really that bad that you quit if you're still working here.

You provided a few vague statements with nothing to back it up. People who don't work there may not care but since I do, I'll say that I find most of your thoughts rather ignorant. What exactly is unprofressional about the management? Or who? And who's forcing you to work 6 days a week? Did you talk to anyone and tell them you'd rather not do that? I'm guessing you haven't. It's a 24/7 business so they're going to schedule staff as needed unless someone says something. Many people DO want overtime so how would they know if you don't say anything? And who is the 'snide, venomous' woman of HR/call center manager? There's an HR person, call center manager and operations manager and I have not had an issue with any of them. Sounds like you just wanted to complain without giving any real facts.

Like most jobs, including this one, if you come to work everyday (& on time) and do your job then you'll mostly be happy. I've seen other people come through there that don't like it and for most of them it's because they can't get there on time (or at all) and they don't like rules. Well guess what; every company has rules so you'll probably never be happy.

Again, I suggest you quit if you haven't already. I'm sure they would be fine with that as well.

You're obviously administration. No one on the call center floor spells that well. You're one of "them," so of course you like it! Duh!
