Default Mortgage crisis and its affect on the Omaha housing market
I would like to know if anyone here has sold, or is selling their home? My wife and I are curious to know how seriously the mortgage crisis has effected the housing market here in Omaha and the surrounding area. Did your home stay on the market for a while? Did you get your initial asking price? Is your home still listed and not getting any interested buyers? Please share any and all experiences.
