Would love to see what he has done for the City of Omaha - you guys are lucky to have such a rich benefactor.

Not sure what you are talking about. He owes nothing to the city, and nothing is expected of him.

Surely he has built an opera house or a great museum - maybe a beautiful sculpture garden somewhere, maybe a ballpark or something. Would love to see it!

Why should he have more of a responsibility of building something for the city more than any other resident? This seems to me more of a troll post than anything.

If you REALLY were interested in what he has done for everyone you would have Googled it.

The opportunity cost for him is just too high. With his skill in growing money, it makes no sense for him to spend it on frivolous things like a museum or a garden, when there are probably a hundred other, better, places for him to put his, or Berkshire's, money.

Other than living here? Absolutely nothing. I think his wife sponsors an absurdly specific scholarship, but other than that, not a damn thing.
