This place is starting to fall apart like late 1990's Crossroads Mall and mid 2000's Mall of the Bluffs.

I haven't been there in a year but I can believe it. Malls in general aren't convenient. Westroads seems to have separated itself from the rest and has become "The Mall". And personally I see it as the only mall that won't die like the rest have.

I was there about 2 weeks ago and I didn't see anything different, from several months ago.

Default Really

Oakview is just hitting some bad times most malls across the country are too. I just went to Mall of America last week and like 1/4 of the shops were empty. So, yes Westroads is becoming the most popular but i think in time oakview will come back!

Really? I was just at MOA the other week and there were probably a handfull of vacant stores that were being remodeled for new tenants in the whole mall and it was so packed you could hardly get through some of the walkways. That and the huge addition taking place on the north side of MOA (after the new hotel on the south side opened last year) indicates to me that it is doing alright.

What do you consider the "best" mall in Omaha? Just curious. I'll probably be visiting there again before long.

Crossroads, if you don't mind the road construction.
