Post Need an apartment for a single girl

Hello
I need to find an apartment for myself. I am a single 25 yr old girl so safety is number 1! I somewhat know the area. Looking for some input from those who've lived around a bit.

#1: location, location, location! Must be a good location.. meaning: safe, close to some entertainment. I think I like the northwest area and the north part of the southwest area. So I would like to stay around 132nd St. and west from there.

#2: would like the apartment to accept small dogs.

#3: cost: I'm hoping to keep it around $550-$600/month

Any suggestions? Thanks!

120th & Blondo

They have Lions Head, Biltmore and the Vanderbilt. The apartments are more of a classy group in a very safe area. They are provided by the Richdale Group(402. 390.5117). Ask about a one bedroom in the "Vanderbilt". That should meet your criteria.

Good Luck!

Hi..Torrey Pines, I would definitely recommend, lived there for close to 2 years. Lived on one of the Richdale properties too, personally didn't really like it. T.Pines is located in the northwest region and in on 153rd and Maple.

My advice is to avoid any place that is managed by Lund Company, especially if you have a dog. DM me if you want more details, otherwise see my review of Huntington Park on Apartmentratings.com.

No downtown, No Creighton area ,No north Omaha, No south Omaha, No mid-town, No Council Bluffs at all. Anything west of 120th you should be fine for safety reasons.
