I've tried numerous times to unsubscribe, and somehow the stuff makes it into my 20 year old email account. Is Nebraska a haven for this type of business activity? Haven't they ever heard of consumer protection? The address given is 118 23td St., suite 800, Columbus, NE 68601. This is a very poor reflection on your State. Please clean up your act. Not doing business in your state will be quite easy for me, and would be the least I could do to show my appreciation for your State allowing fraudsters to operate in such a brazen anner, with total disrespect for the law.

a quick Google search shows that the address you quote if for a UPS Store in Columbus NE. It's not likely to be involved in spamming anyone. The spammer is just giving you a false physical address, just as he/she is using a false originating email address. Just use your email account settings to block the spammer and get on with your life. Whining here isn't going to change anything.

They're probably just doing that to get around the restrictions on listing a PO Box as a physical address when setting up an LLC. My business does the same thing.
