I'm definitely not saying you're wrong, but where did you hear this? I've always thought that Central was the largest. I found this:

CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL (Students: 2,448; Grades: 09 - 12)
MILLARD NORTH HIGH SCHOOL (Students: 2,282; Grades: 09 - 12)
BURKE HIGH SCHOOL (Students: 2,042; Grades: 09 - 12)
MILLARD SOUTH HIGH SCHOOL (Students: 1,913; Grades: 09 - 12)
WESTSIDE HIGH SCHOOL (Students: 1,843; Grades: 09 - 12)
MILLARD WEST HIGH SCHOOL (Students: 1,776; Grades: 09 - 12)
OMAHA NORTHWEST HIGH SCHOOL (Students: 1,766; Grades: 09 - 12)
OMAHA NORTH HIGH SCHOOL (Students: 1,756; Grades: 09 - 12)
OMAHA SOUTH HIGH SCHOOL (Students: 1,676; Grades: 09 - 12)
BENSON HIGH SCHOOL (Students: 1,436; Grades: 09 - 12)

But, I am wrong a lot!

I guess I also always thought Millard North had the largest enrollment... but I was apparently confused because it has a considerably larger graduating class than Central.

Of the Millard schools... historically... North has the better football program... although they've been a little more mortal in the past couple of years.

I never noticed my 'alma maters' enrollment rising so much (Westside)... I'll bet almost half of those kids are commuting from outside the district (ie option enrollment).

So it is almost that it depends on what you want for your kids private schools and montessorri's are very nice or there are the magnet schools that focus strongly on 1 subject and then there are the public schools wich in every district are great
