Default Is this apartment located in West Bellevue?

I was considering an apartment called The Pavilions at Twin Creek that are under development right now that is located in Bellevue. The address is:
4007 Raynor Parkway, Bellevue, NE 68123. It's on S 36th st and 370. I wanted to know if this area is nice and safe.

With some of my own research, is this apartment basically in West Bellevue?

I have narrowed a lot of apartments in La Vista and some in West Omaha, which I know are safe but I would like to get more opinions about the area of this new apartment. I read that different areas of Bellevue are sketchy so I want to make sure this was in a better part of the town.

Twin Creek is West Bellevue. I would consider it safe. Its the growing part of Bellevue so you would be close to theatre, restraunts, shopping... also only 4-5 miles from Papillion which has very nice shopping and amenities for you...

That is very good to hear. How far would you say it is from Creighton? What would the traffic be like?

I would say 15 mintues, if you are going during high traffic times it probably be more as you will be going with the flow into downtown. You can just head up Hwy 75 so its a pretty easy drive sans traffic.
