My daughter will be attending Creighton Med School in the fall. I am looking to purchase a property for her to live in. What are your opinions about the "Mid-Town" area surrounding the Joslyln Castle?

How much are you willing to spend? that area is becoming very nice and is starting to get expensive

Up to $150,000. I am thinking she can rent out space to classmates and I can pay her to collect and manage.

I would check out the area around Field Club as well...especially west/south of FC.

Midtown is a bit too far to walk/bike to Creighton. Have you considered the area around 18th and Jackson? There are some really cool condos with a lot of charm (from 100k - 150k). But most all the other condos in the Old Market/downtown core are 200k and up.
