Where is the best place in Omaha to shop for antiques. I'm not looking for fine european antique furniture, but more interested in smaller stuff, like depression glassware, linens, vintage kitchen items, jewelry, etc... I have visited a couple of nice antique shops in the Old Market area. But any other shops you can suggest would be appreciated. You guys are always so helpful.

Of course there's always the Omaha Brass Armadillo in the area of I-80 and Highway 370.

I'm not a big antique person... most of the shops I'm familiar with are the ones it sounds like you've already visited in the Old Market.

There are several just south of downtown on 13th street, near the Bohemian Cafe.

That's true... I would really like to see the city 'South 24thify'... this stretch of business district, with angled parking and the like. I see this as the next emerging arts/entertainment area... behind Benson.
