Default Looking for house for lease outside city limits

I am looking for a house for lease outside city limits (of omaha) with some land, not a whole lot maybe 1-5 acres or even a house on 2-3 lots. All my searches have run dry... any suggestions????? I'd even be willing to do a rent-to-own, as well.

Default ...

Southern Washington county, eastern saunders county both have developments that have large lots and both areas are very close to the Omaha city limits..

Washington has a lot of large-acreage developments and Saunders county has some, although they are trying to limit those somewhat..
