I am moving back to Omaha after living in Minneapolis for a little over a year. I'm going to be working around 120th and I, so ideally, I'd like to be within 1-10 miles of that location. I have been searching apartments.com and reading the ratings on apartmentreviews.com, and it's becoming a challenge to find anything that meets all of my criteria.

Ideally, I would like:
1.) 1-2 bedrooms
2.) In-unit washer/dryer
3.) Garage (it's OK if it isn't heated...after having this luxury in Minneapolis over this past winter, I don't think I could go back to scraping ice off my car every morning)
4.) Relatively well-insulated walls (in terms of noise), and relatively quiet neighbors (I am only 24, but I don't want to live with a bunch of college kids that have parties till 3 AM)
5.) I'd like to keep it under $900/month

I'm intrigued by the Old Market Lofts, but I'm not sure that's close enough for me. I'm also thinking of this place, as they seem to have very good reviews - WestPort on the Lake | Luxury Lakeside Living. A lot of the other apartments that fit this criteria don't seem to have very good ratings. I'm wondering if anyone has any specific experiences they'd like to share? Thanks.

Harrison Hills @ 115th & Harrison. They have everything you want. The office staff is great and the apartments are newer and the complex has some nice ammenities. The best part is that mainentance requests are always handled the same day you request them.

It will take you less than 10 minutes to get to 120th & I from there too.

I also recommend Harrison Hills. I just moved from Minneapolis last month and this place definitely has all the things your looking for. They offer a detach garage for $65 a month and it's great for extra storage. My boyfriend puts his motorcycle in there too. The prices for 1 or 2 bedroom are in your price range and definitely cheaper than Minneapolis for what you get.

I third Harrison Hills. I love it there, and the staff is A+.
