Benson now has its own revitalization effort too! This is great! Hopefully this will spread up to Florence aswell.

Excellent! Good job at being proactive. Sioux Falls is doing the same with the Pettigrew Heights neighborhood. It's in the works, but I hope the city will be active with it.

I've been confused as to the neighborhoods in Omaha. Florence is north of North Omaha, right? and Benson is slightly SW of this area?

Florence is North Omaha and yes, its right to the southwest.

The, three most Major roads are, Dodge, Center and Maple. Center in the South, Dodge in the Middle and Maple in the North. Maple goes straight through Downtown Benson. They all run from Downtown in the East to just west of the town of Waterloo, where they combine to form highway 275, which goes northwest to Fremont. If you want to know more about Omaha geography, just ask me.
