What Mayor has done the most for Omaha?
I think its Hal Daub because he was the one who started the Golden age by Cleaning up the riverfront and overseeing the Construction of the First National Tower, among other things.

It's really hard to say, both mayor has had a fantastic career while in office and both are great mayors..
With that said, Fahey will not be running for a third term... So Daub, you got my vote!

Agree... tough one; however, I'd vote for Daub - he got the entire ball rolling - Fahey just had to keep it rolling. Lot tougher to get it going, easier to keep it going. I like what both did.

i voted daub. The only thing that has occupied fahey has been trying to get himself a ball park named after himself for the last few years.

Yeah, hence the corporate sponsored stadium name.

Have they determined a name for it? Yeah, it does make sense that the stadium naming rights would be sold for a few million.
I should have said he was concerned about his legacy more than anything else.

The only reason Fahey is winning is because I accidentally voted for him when I meant to vote for Daub.

I really don't think that is an appropriate thing to say for a man who has done so much for the entire city of Omaha..
You just don't like him because he is not a republican.. Why can't people give credit where it is due.. sheesh...
