yeah, it's also where anything entertaining occurs. as well as anything of national significance, or anything of relative interest.

This is the second District,

So its basically all of omaha and Douglas County, Including the suburbs, and the Major Sarpy County Cities, which are also suburban. And there have never been gun fights, just murders really.

Or do you say that because liberalism is running rampant on our college campuses?

This 2nd district is great right now but after the 2010 census, Nebraska may lose more Congressional rep, so who knows how the redistricting will go.
