After a while people will not take you seriously and just ignore your comments, which I beleive people on this forum do anyways. I believe the cause for equal treatment of all humans is too important; and snide ignorant comments like yours will only discredit a noble cause. Just my opinion.

Here is my opinion on why they would edit out those scenes you mentioned abov. Any movie that has the option for a sex scene (straight or gay) will only show enough to keep the movie in the R range and not cross over to the NC-17 range. A NC-17 rating will destroy any possibility of making a profit on the movie, which is why the studio makes the movie in the first place. If you have a problem with censorship and making a profit, I beleive that is where your criticisms should be directed. For now just wait for the directors cut on DVD to see those supposed scenes that have been edited.
They have sex scenes in straight movie they only get an R rating, they completely took the sex scenes out of Milk. That's my point. Get over it.

It has to do with how explict the sex scenes are, not whether its gay or straight.

They were not explicit sex scenes, but apparently anything gay is explicit.
