They also have a different rendering online, it makes it look a lot taller then the rendering in the paper did, it looks amazing.

Glad to see the reinvestment in the local economy - both the statement that they want to build a significant building (and the money that will flow to contractors / jobs with the project), but also the statement that they are part of Omaha (which hopefully means they keep jobs here long term). Both are great statements as folks worry about the national economy.

I'm very excited about this. It should really help Aksarben Village take off. All of those employees are going to boost the amount of bars/restaurants/entertainment options in the new development.
