The North Twin Tower (left) which is in the Mid Town Area has been bought by a West Des Moines developer who plans to give it a new look and make it into apartments.

The south tower already has people in it. It's actually pretty nice but dated looking on the inside. I had considered moving there 2-3 years ago.

The north tower (smaller) had apartments already but it was declared condemned. I'm guessing it was in poor shape.
