Which restaraunt do you recommend?
My fiance and I are looking for a low key kind of place for dinner tonight. Something that doesn't require reservations and a place where you can where jeans comfortably but has good American cuisine. Maybe some place that isn't very well known. Do you guys have any suggestions?

depends on what kind of Food you want - if your looking for steak i would check out Flemmings or the steak house in the marriot (in regency) both have great steaks - if your looking for authentic spanish food try Espana ... it might not look all that great from the outside ... but the food is unreal good.
Most places that are unheard of ... and still alive in todays economy tend to be a little more expensive and might require a little more dress out of you.
There is also a Jamican place over near that DIT computer on Blondo / Maple area. Some people love the food there ... I was not a fan ... but you guys might like it.
As for American Food ... I dont think there is such thing unless you want Mcdonalds / Burger King. Everything else that seems to be great food isnt American lol.

the time has probably long past, seeing as they asked for an answer 12 days ago... this thread needs to die out.

Even though it should be dead based on original question, I still love to see other's restraunt recommendations - this town has so many places I'm always looking for new ideas...
A new fast food sub sandwich place I tried and was one of the best I've had was Charlies on 72nd & Giles (NW corner)
