He did get elected, he did win a vote in Omaha/Nebraska. That should be enough, you just have to believe.

North Omaha will come back to be a better place again, Obama will make North Omaha great again.

I don't think these guy were just bystanders, no robbery was committed at the time of the shooting. He came in shot and left.

this really isn't that big of a deal. this is one of the reasons why people think omaha's a podunk town, because people get all up in arms over nothing. learn to suck it up and move on.
