Default Omaha: Missouri River, Downtown, Sunset

My friend Brad and I went out taking pictures around the Missouri River, North Downtown, and then to Heartland of America Park for a dazzling sunset.

Where the ped bridge will be. It will be awesome when it's completed.
Work is being done in the far right.

Decorations on the ground.

Rick's Boatyard Cafe.

Some of the many bikers zooming by.

"Labor" Statue

North Downtown near the Hot Shops.

The TipTop Apartment Building.

The sun starting to set over the Heartland of America Park.
Too bad the fountain is not on yet.

Default ....

I checked out the Little Italy area just south of downtown and was just driving all over the area.. and I must say that they have really done alot to this part of town, all the new townhomes and rowhousing and fixing up of homes and busineses... This area is really starting to look very nice..
